Growing God's Garden - The Fruit of the Spirit

🌱 Planting the Seed — What is the Fruit of the Spirit?

Today’s Truth: The Fruit of the Spirit is what grows in our heart when we walk with Jesus. What we plant within is what will grow! 

Imagine your heart is a garden. God plants His love deep inside, and with sunshine (God's Word & the Gospel), water (prayer), and care (kindness), beautiful fruit begins to grow. If you root yourself in Jesus and allow Him to care for your thoughts and feelings - which we can look at as the "seeds", then good fruits will grow and bloom from within as your actions and words. Always remember, what seeds you plant within will determine the fruit that will grow! 

What kind of fruit do you want in your heart?

Prayer: Dear Jesus, plant Your love in me. Help me to grow into someone who shares Your beauty with the world. Amen.

Activity: Draw a big tree and label each branch with one of the Fruits of the Spirit!
