📦 Shipping Information

At Betsy Design Co., we proudly ship anywhere within the United States, ensuring your custom creations reach you safely and promptly. All orders will ship within a 3 to 5 Business Day timeframe unless specified on Product Listing for pre-order items. (Pre-0order items are subject to a 4 to 6 week lead-time and will be disclosed accordingly).

🚗 Local Pickup & Meetups (Knoxville, TN & Surrounding Areas)

We offer Local Pickup and Meet & Greet delivery options within Knox County and nearby areas. If this option is not visible at checkout and you'd like to arrange local pickup, please email us at BetsyDesignCo.23@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

📮 Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers for reliable service and tracking:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • United Parcel Service (UPS)

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Betsy Design Co., we take pride in our handcrafted goods and personalized service. To maintain the integrity of goods and services, all sales are final unless the item is found to be defective or incorrect due to our error.

⏳ Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 10 days from time of purchase if the following conditions are met:

  • Item is unworn, unused, and in its original pristine condition
  • Item does not include personalization or custom specifications
  • Defect or error is verified by our team

Please inspect your item upon arrival and contact us promptly if you believe there is an issue.

👕 Sizing & Customizations

If the incorrect size was ordered, we’re happy to offer an exchange for the correct size, if inventory allows. If the item is no longer available, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Please double-check all personalization details such as sizing, color, and design selections before placing your order. Orders are processed exactly as entered at checkout.


🛍️ Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Custom Designs and Custom Apparel 
  • Any sale or clearance item
  • Digital Designs and files.

Due to the nature of digital products and personalized work, these sales are considered FINAL. If there’s an error on our part, we’ll work closely with you to make it right.
